General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme authority of the EAPM and is convened every two years during the European Congress of Perinatal Medicine. It comprises two delegates per country (the national delegates) nominated by the national society of perinatal medicine. Where such a society does not exist, the national society of obstetricians and the national society of pediatricians should each appoint one delegate. The General Assembly is presided over by the President of the Executive Board. Honorary members may also participate in the General Assembly, but do not have the right to vote. National delegates should contact the secretary of the EAPM to forward suggestions for nominations of candidates to eligible positions with EAPM at least three calendar months in advance of the meeting.
